I'm Missy Blackmer, founder of The Mental Health Chick, which is part of my sister brand Missy Jane Coaching Co., where I help therapists start and run private practices.

My mission is simple.  Teach women of faith that mental health and faith can and do go together.  There is zero shame in struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or any other mental health issue or disorder. This is a safe place.
